Unworn jewelry in its original maison packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to inspection by our atelier team.
Final sale pieces
Custom, engraved, resized, or numbered limited edition pieces may be designated final sale at the time of purchase. Concierge will confirm eligibility before your order is confirmed.
Condition requirements
Returned pieces must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage. All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included. Items that do not meet these standards may be returned to the sender.

How to return
Contact concierge with your order reference to initiate a return. We will provide insured return shipping instructions and a prepaid label where applicable. Refunds are processed within five to ten business days of inspection.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or piece are welcomed within the return window, subject to availability. Concierge will assist in finding the right alternative from our collection.
